We only accept Cashiers Checks payable to TomsClassicCars.com.

All vehicles and parts we sell are sold "AS-IS" with No Warranty.

Once a vehicle has been purchased the buyer will have 24 hours to confirm information and 5 days to pay.

After the payment has been received the Buyer will have 10 days to arrange pickup. Buyer will be notified where to pick vehicle or part up within 24 hours after purchase. Although we can aid the transport we are not responsible for shipment.
